It’s true, the rich are getting richer. But at what cost? Everyday middle class families are falling deeper into debt. You tried to pursue the American dream, make some money, buy a house, start a family, and now you are in debt farther than you ever could have imagined. This isn’t the way it was supposed to be. You were supposed to start from nothing, build your own life, and retire into the sunset. Otherwise what is all the freedom you have good for if you spend over 40 hours a week working to pay your bills?
Forget early retirement. Forget social security. Forget travel plans. Even if you understood all the details of it, do you have enough left at the end of the month to even consider your 401k?
Turn on the news. People are being laid off by the thousands. The dollar is weaker then ever. Crime is going up as more and more people are desperate for money. But make sure to turn the TV off before the advertisements come on or you’ll be talked into buying something you don’t need with money you don’t have to fall even deeper in debt.
The rich? They seem to be ok. They have passed the point of pursuing happiness and are now just plain bored. On that same TV you are watching, check out how much more often celebrities, athletes and CEO’s are getting in more and more trouble every day. They have too much money to know what to do with it. They pay people to make them more money, and then pay others to clean up after them. They are buying $1000 pizzas topped with caviar, driving cars that pollute our air, and using our major cities as their playgrounds while the rest of us work just to be able to make it through the month.
If none of this frustrates you, stop reading now. Ignorance is bliss. If you are frustrated and want to do something about it, the good news is that you can. You are the only person left that can help yourself. The fact is, the American dream is not dead. It has just changed and to be successful, we need to change with it. Your skills inside your mind are now much more valuable than those of your body. You no longer need thousands of dollars, a cash advance, or a small business loan to get your self on the way to financial independence. You don’t even need a store or any kind of real estate. All you need is your mind, your computer and a decent internet connection.
Whether you want to make some money on the side, or create a full time opportunity, this can be your best option. Whether you want to pay off some old debt, start saving, or go on a nice well deserved vacation, all you have to do is educate yourself on how to start making money. The fact is thousands of people have already taken these steps and are making tons of money. And the great part is they are making it in ways that are actually fun and interesting to them. The world of making money online is so flexible, anybody can find something they like to do and start earning.
Whether you are an artist and want to sell your products online, an inventor or just someone with half an opinion, there is a place for you. All you have to do is learn how, make a plan, and get started. In most cases, it costs almost nothing to get started other than a little bit of your time.
The world of making money online can of course be overwhelming and intimidating. Just like anything else, there is a wealth of information available from books to websites to classes you can take. Some of it is worth it and some of it is not. My suggestion is if it is surrounded by a bunch of hype, pictures and exclamation points, it is best to steer clear of it. Again all you need is an internet connection and you can educate yourself on basically any topic, but you have to be careful who the person is doing the educating.
I’ve personally made tens of thousands of dollars simply using eBay, my credit card, and a few websites that I found that sell items cheaply. Yes I advertised items on eBay that I didn’t own for a little bit more than they were being sold for on other websites and after they were sold, would buy and ship them to the buyer. This is completely within the rules of eBay, the customer got the best price they could find, and I made a few dollars on every sale. I did this anywhere from 30 to 100 times a day and I was well on my way to financial independence. Now I’m making money online using the same method but also implementing website design, adwords, adsense and tons of other great ways of making money online.
